What does this type of breast pain mean? - pain on breast bone/diagram

I'm in my 30 years I have experienced my share of the chest, but that's another kind of breast pain than I've ever known is. There is pain or tenderness, but a sudden sharp pain that hurts very badly in both breasts, bottom and sides and a half, hard to explain, but a supermarket, but it's so embarrassing that I am thinking of taking aspirin. It's like a throbbing pain. Ideas?
