I see that you are not your level of programming is bad, you know, many languages. It is impressive. But making a website, you must think big and long-term exit you want and what kind of site you want to develop?

If it's just a school or a Web site of the company and no interaction, then one can only think in XHTML, CSS and Flash. Note that the design and flash animation are very important for every website today. The end user will not visit your site unless it is attractive and beautiful.

If it is a commercial site and the interaction of many can you think of PHP or Java, which is in line with their current knowledge. PHP is faster and easier than Java. So PHP is good for smaller projects, while Java is better in terms of major projects. Because Java is a pureand object-oriented programming, code maintenance, upgrading, reuse, etc easier than PHP.

In my view, PHP is best suited for you.

Java is the best option for creating websites. The more features and functions than any other programming language. is the most advanced programming language. but we need the help of XML and HTML to take, in some parts of the site that Java can not be used. all languages are in the city, there are important and functionality.

Depending on your needs:

html for a simple website with static (no change good) pages. All the technologies are finally HTML.

XML is usually with other technologies, but it can be good if you want to transform the data for different presentations (HTML, PDF, SMS, e-mail).

PHP is good if you want the rich content on a site with relatively simple interactions.

Java is good if you want to return to interface with complex systems finale, and we want an enterprise-class solution.

All of the above languages have their place and there is a certain overlap.

PHP and MySQL with CSS is a suitable language for the creation of content. It provides a dynamic interface and dynamic server-side coding. and easily integrated with AJAX and JavaScript. These offer more users Secqurites ..
Thus, PHP is better for creating language website.
