You will not lose nutrients.

However, the whole question of the juice to retain nutrients and to remove the fibers.

Solid fruit and vegetables (because of the fiber) must be hours before the digestion of their food is now in the body cells and tissues.

Juice without fiber, are digested very quickly (15 min) and recovered the body, it can immediately go to work rebuilding and healing of our cells.

Fibers made from solid foods and blends have virtually no nutritional value but are very beneficial for you-know-what .......

The following book is very good. It cost me only $ 5.00 - $ 5.00 more than what I spent:

"Fresh vegetables and fruit juices - what's missing in your body" by Norman.W.Walker DS

I have a juicer 900 Oscar VitalMax Oscar for AUS $ 500 (you) can get cheaper in the U.S., I use at least three times a day, every day. It's the best I have ever spent $ 500.

Other books I recommend are:

"Fasting Bible: Discoverhe power of an All-Juice restoration of a healthy diet to lose weight and increase vitality, "By Sandra Cabot

"Green for Life by Victoria Boutenko

An overall balanced, you should drink juices and blends, but certainly are different and should be treated as such.

Contrary to the first poster said ... .. ...... All the studies showed significant benefits, I read press detox "regime."

I've done fasts of various vegetables, and all are very beneficial for my health and wellbeing.

Juicer: carrot, ginger and orange juice

Juicer: beets, carrots, cabbage, cauliflower, celery, broccoli and apple juice

Blender: banana, spinach, ginger and water

Blender: blueberry, banana, orange, and water
